1.How do I receive my free Simply Self Build Estimate?
Once you have purchased your land and have at least Outline Planning Permission, send your drawings (with dimensions) and a good indication of your specification to our Technical Sales Team and they will be able to supply you with your free estimate price for your self build home.

2.How long will it take to receive my estimate?
Simply Self Build prides ourselves on being accurate and thorough when we estimate for your self-build project, and always aim to respond as quickly as possible.If you require any assistance in the mean time please refer to our DIY pricing guide.
3.Once I receive my estimate how do I place my order?
Simply contact your Technical Sales Consultant and advise them that you wish to place an order, they will issue a specification and a Quotation Acceptance for your review. Once you are satisfied then sign the order form and return it to us along with your initial payment.
4.What will be included in the price?
Your estimate will include prices for the Timber Frame design, engineering, manufacture and delivery. It will also include a price for any steel and Glulam you require
5.How much does a house cost?
There are no simple answers to this question, but with our knowledge and expertise we are here to help you produce your dream home at a cost to suit your budget.

6.Do you have any standard designs I could use?
SimplySelf Build specialise in bespoke, complex and individual homes, so do not have standard designs that they would use. We do offer a range of design ideas to help inspire you to create your dream home customised to your individual needs.
7.Do you have a show home I could look at?
We understand that you would like to get an idea of the home you are going to build, we build to individual requirements and it would be impossible to please everyone when creating a show home. Instead we offer our Simply Inspired design ideas, which can be viewed by Clicking here

8.How long from when I place my order will it take to be on site?
This does very much depend on the complexity of the engineering and also the size of your project, but we estimate that we can be on site between 8 and 10 weeks after you have signed your order form, and we will always work with you to agree a delivery time and shell erection schedule.
