Do you have support?
This means you will need full family support since you may need to be apart from them until you've arranged a new home. And you'll have to support yourself until your sales start getting completed, which could be several months ( If you demonstrate you are really good, we may help out).

Qualifications
We'd like you to know something about construction, house-building, timber and the other things we do. If you don't you'll need to get up to speed fast on all the things you'll need to know in order to sell effectively. But we have all the information you need 'on tap' and we believe learning 'on the job' can often be the best way.

Life-Long Learning
If you don't yet have a degree or professional qualification, then we'll expect you to earn them 'on the job' as part of your lifelong training and development commitment. This can be tough, but both our futures depend on it - and we'll help as much as possible.
High Earnings
Notice the word 'earnings'. You will be expected to earn a lot, right from the start. And you'll have the opportunity to make well into 6 figures.
Self Managing & Promoting
You'll get good general office / admin support, but must be a good 'self-manager', of time, records, sales material, etc. You'll also need to contribute ideas and systems, as well as attend briefings, exhibitions, training sessions, etc. all aimed at helping you get more out of your opportunities.
